What CareerRove does

CareerRove collects publicly posted job listings from company career pages and sends you a weekly email of the ones that best fit the answers you gave in your questionnaire, each with a letter grade and a short explanation.

We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employment agency. We have no relationship with the employers whose listings we surface, no influence over their hiring, and no ability to submit an application on your behalf. You apply directly on the employer’s own site.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview or a job offer, that any listing is still open, or that the details shown are accurate — listings come from employers and can change or be filled without notice. Match grades are an automated opinion generated by a language model, not professional careers advice, and they can be wrong. Always confirm details on the employer’s posting before applying.

Some weeks there may be few matches, or none. This is normal: internship postings are seasonal, and we would rather send you nothing than pad the list with roles that do not fit.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us in the questionnaire — the quality of your matches depends on it. One account per person. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the listings we send you.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

New accounts get a free trial of 2 weeks, limited to 5 matches per week. No card is required to start. After the trial, continued access costs $9.99 per month.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial months, but if something has gone wrong, email support.careerrove@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Ending your access

You may stop using CareerRove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is abusing the service — scraping, sharing logins, or attempting to disrupt the system. If we do that without cause, you get a refund of the unused portion.

Liability

CareerRove is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
